And Then There Were None has been voted the number 1 Agatha Christie novel by fans who voted in a recent poll. Coming ahead of Murder on The Orient Express, the story tells of a collection of strnagers who are lured to an island. Each is revealed to have been responsible for a death or murder and one by one they begin to die. Surprisingly, the story does not feature her two most famous creations Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple.
A three part mini series by the BBC is currently in production. With a strong cast featuring Poldark's Aidan Turner, Miranda Richardson, Charles Dance, Sam Neil and Downton's Toby Stephens.
